Victoria heeft een achtergrond in kunstopleidingen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk (Arts University Bournemouth; West Thames College Foundation Art and Design, London). Keramiek had altijd al haar speciale interesse. Deze kunstvorm heeft zij verder ontwikkeld toen zij zich in Nederland vestigde. Ondertussen heeft ze 15 jaar ervaring als keramiekdocent in Den Haag en creëert zij haar eigen kunstwerken.

Victoria heeft The Happy Potter opgericht in februari 2024 toen zij een helder beeld gevormd had van haar stijl van lesgeven. Naast het onderrichten van technieken volgens een lesplan vind zij het even belangrijk dat mensen zich kunnen uiten. Creativiteit is de basis, en techniek is de wijze waarop je de klei omzet in jouw eigen unieke creaties.

Victoria geeft richting aan jouw eigen pad naar zelfexpressie. Haar benadering is open, vriendelijk en geduldig. Haar aanpak is professioneel, realistisch en doelgericht.

Victoria has a background in art education in the United Kingdom (Arts University Bournemouth; West Thames College Foundation Art and Design, London). Ceramics always had her special interest. She further developed this art form after she settled in The Netherlands. Meanwhile she has 15 years of experience as a ceramic teacher in The Hague and creates her own artwork.

Victoria founded The Happy Potter in February 2024 after she formed a clear idea of her style of teaching. Next to teaching techniques according to a lesson plan she finds it equally important that students can express themselves. Creativity is the basis, and technique is the way you convert clay into your own unique creations.

Victoria gives direction in your own path to self expression. Her approach is open, friendly and patient. Her handling is professional, realistic and goal-oriented.
